From first-hand experience I can tell you, your energy level are LARGELY influenced by what you put eat.  

On today’s episode of the podcast, Stephanie Bosco (The Superfood Goddess) and I talk about healthy eating, and how to transition into a ‘healthier’ lifestyle of eating.  

We dive into how we can get ourselves to eat less sh*t and unleash our superpowers with superfoods.    

Largely thanks to a plant-based diet, Stephanie has been off of her depression meds for the past 6 years.  

And thanks to shifting more to eating whole foods, I lost 50+ pounds.  

But success doesn’t always mean massive radical change. It can be MUCH easier than you think.  

It can be baby steps—or shall I say, bite-sized steps.

And that’s what Stephanie and I jam on here.
